With continued growth and strong patient demand, the Henry Ford Health System Department of Family Medicine is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice at Henry Ford Oakland Primary Care, located in Warren, MI. Physicians who join the Henry Ford Medical Group are employed members of the Group and practice exclusively within the organization.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the full spectrum of family medicine

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of residency in an ACGME or AOA accredited program
