Indianapolis, IN | Fully Onsite | Monday-Friday, Day Shift Up to $67,000 | Long-Term Contract with Potential Extension

We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support employee relations, HR operations, compliance, leave administration, and employee lifecycle activities. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders while ensuring HR processes are administered accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations issues, investigations, corrective actions, and separations
• Administer FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and other leaves
• Support recruiting, onboarding, employee status changes, and background checks
• Maintain HRIS records, employee files, and HR documentation
• Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and employee communications

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of employee relations, leave administration, and employment law
• Paylocity HRIS experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
