ServiceNow SecOps Implementation Manager

Job Description ServiceNow SecOps Implementation Manager This position requires leadership, decision‑making, and management skills to oversee ServiceNow SecOps implementations for clients. Responsibilities Support pre‑sales activities such as demonstrations, project scoping, proof of concepts, and assist with preparing SOWs. Advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow to support their security programs. Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design, working directly with the Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, and development team to ensure on‑track delivery. Facilitate project introductions, kick‑off meetings, and weekly client status meetings while creating and managing project timelines. Provide guidance to developers on ServiceNow configuration. Conduct final quality assurance reviews of all deliverables. Design and deliver end‑user training. Expand client vision and opportunities to drive additional business value through ServiceNow. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a professional environment. 3+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with an emphasis on security. Certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – SIR & VR. Experience as a ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator. Knowledge and experience running a security program on ServiceNow. Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously. Experience providing business, operations, or technical consulting to senior leaders. Bachelor’s degree required. Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements. Preferred Qualifications Ability to work independently and within a team environment with professionals at all levels. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional problem‑solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Compensation The disclosed range estimate is $103,200.00 – $210,900.00 per year, adjusted for applicable geographic differentials.
