ServiceNow Project Manager

Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise ServiceNow initiatives supporting IT Operations. This role will manage projects from planning through implementation, coordinating cross‑functional technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders while ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage ServiceNow and enterprise IT projects from initiation through closeout. Take ownership of active projects and maintain execution continuity. Develop and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and governance documentation. Lead project meetings, implementation planning, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate engineers, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Support infrastructure deployments, migrations, and modernization initiatives as needed. Prepare executive‑level project updates and ensure project milestones are met. Required Qualifications 5+ years of IT Project Management experience. Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects. Experience leading enterprise projects in large, complex environments. Strong experience managing RAID logs, project schedules, implementation plans, and stakeholder communications. Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate with technical and business teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Teams, or similar PM tools. Excellent communication, organization, and facilitation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multiple concurrent technical workstreams. Experience coordinating cross‑functional technical teams and third‑party vendors. Proven ability to take over in‑flight projects and quickly establish ownership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
