locations: US - Remote (Any location)**Job Family:**Software Development & Support**Travel Required:**Up to 10%**Clearance Required:**Ability to Obtain Secret**What You Will Do:*** Help translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.* Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.* Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers.* Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.* Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.* Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.* Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing.* Debug and fix technical problems.* Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation.* Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.* Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration.* Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.**What You Will Need:*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.* Minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience.* A bachelor's Degree is required.* Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.* Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred.* Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.* Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.* Experience working in an Agile environment.* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.* Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands.* Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.**What Would Be Nice To Have:*** Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).* Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Information Technology or Business.* ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD)* Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST preferred.* Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.* General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.* Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00.
