Join a collaborative healthcare team as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), providing primary and women's health care services in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. This role involves working closely with sponsoring physicians and healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive patient care across all developmental stages, from infancy to geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and legible medical records while demonstrating proficiency with clinical computer systems, including billing and meaningful use.
• Manage time and supplies efficiently, supporting leadership in scheduling and cost-effective care initiatives.
• Facilitate patient continuity of care by coordinating with community resources.
• Confirm diagnoses, order and interpret lab and imaging tests, prescribe medications, and develop follow-up plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Participate in quality improvement activities, including data analysis and education of colleagues.
• Provide patient education, counseling, and support tailored to individual needs and developmental stages.
• Ensure patient safety through organized assignment and delegation of care tasks.
• Engage in professional growth through continuing education, peer review, and competency evaluations.

Education and Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required for new hires.
• Proficiency with computer systems is essential.
• Area-specific education to be obtained and maintained as required.

Licensure and Certifications:

• Current active Registered Nurse license.
• Certified APRN credential required for new hires.
