Client Account Specialist

Managing the full client billing and collections lifecycle, the full-time Client Account Specialist will work in a hybrid capacity to oversee complex client accounts while collaborating with attorneys and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete billing and collections process for an assigned portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing Build and maintain trusted relationships with attorneys and clients to comply with billing guidelines and resolve issues Analyze billing trends and prepare reports to enhance financial performance and realization Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered Prior law firm billing experience is required Experience with financial management systems and electronic billing platforms Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
