Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored therapy strategies suited to each client's unique needs.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Utilize technology effectively to maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, attending case consultations and utilizing feedback to enhance treatment plans.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions that promote knowledge of current mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families who may have limited access to traditional mental health services. Your experience with trauma, substance misuse, and other mental health issues will be essential in delivering effective and empathetic care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical counseling environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000, dependent on qualifications and caseload availability.
