About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for AI Infrastructure to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of launching and executing core initiatives in the AI infrastructure domain, with a focus on driving rapid implementation from prototype to production. This role is pivotal in translating high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and architecting scalable solutions to position the new department for rapid growth. The Chief of Staff will be part of an elite team, collaborating directly with the department founder and a world-class group of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements. A high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and a strong drive for end-to-end ownership are essential. The role offers maximum ownership, a high-growth environment, and the opportunity to work with a team that values good ideas and fast execution. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be prepared to work in a setting with no corporate red tape, where the focus is on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction as quickly as possible.
