Website Summary Trak group is partnering with a growing client seeking an Entry-Level Account Specialist to manage and support the company’s Amazon account for one of its key consumer brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in eCommerce and account management, with comprehensive training provided. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and eager to learn. This person will work within a small, collaborative team where they will have the opportunity to take ownership, solve problems, and contribute directly to the growth and success of the Amazon business. Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management of the brand’s Amazon account. Learn and execute established eCommerce and account management processes. Monitor account activities and help identify issues requiring attention or follow-up. Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow projects through completion. Identify problems and collaborate with teammates to develop solutions. Communicate proactive regarding priorities, questions, challenges, and progress. Create structure and establish next steps when working through ambiguous situations. Collaborate closely with team members to support account and business objectives. Develop knowledge of Amazon, eCommerce, and the company’s products through hands‑on training. Take on additional responsibilities as knowledge and experience grow. Must-Haves Strong desire to learn and develop within eCommerce and account management. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working through ambiguity and creating structure when needed. Preferred Interest in Amazon, eCommerce, digital retail, or consumer products. Previous internship, academic, or professional experience involving account management, business, marketing, sales, or eCommerce. Experience working in a small, collaborative team environment.
