Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a senior clinical sales representative to lead technology-focused product launches for robotic surgical systems. The role involves training surgical teams, supporting system installations, and ensuring sustainable adoption of new technologies at key customer accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable technology adoption
- Lead surgical teams through training on ROSA system and related technologies
- Coordinate system installation, in-service training, and clinical support for new accounts
- Support technology upgrades and handle customer inquiries with timely responses
- Manage administrative duties and maintain quality assurance documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred
- Minimum 3 years clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic joint replacement sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and demonstration abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales results
Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 base with $50,000-$75,000 incentive pay
