Joining a dynamic and innovative team, the full-time remote Field Applications Scientist will provide expert support to international customers, ensuring the successful operation of applications while mentoring junior staff and collaborating across various internal departments. Key responsibilities Provide expert support to international customers, addressing their applications needs and resolving equipment and software issues Lead and mentor junior staff, encouraging professional development and high performance Independently lead projects to support improvements in software application, control testing, and applications development Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related area, or equivalent experience Over 7 years of experience in genetics and/or molecular biology Proven expertise in oligo synthesis, PCR, Real-Time PCR, nucleic acid purification, data analysis, and experimental development Outstanding skills in customer interaction and communication Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal oversight
