You will assist tenants and guests, monitor entry activity, and respond professionally to routine situations. Pay Rate: $19.45 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide a professional front desk presence at a commercial office location by greeting visitors, answering general inquiries, and directing guests to appropriate personnel or areas.
• Support access-control procedures by verifying visitor identification, maintaining visitor logs, issuing temporary credentials, and following site-specific entry requirements.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, customer-focused, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific policies and security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
