Senior Financial Analyst

Eurofins seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in St. Louis to drive financial strategy and performance management. The role combines core FP&A responsibilities—financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting—with leadership of collections processes and working capital optimization to support business growth and executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; conduct variance analysis and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead annual budgeting process and develop financial models to project cash flow, revenue, and profitability
• Support M&A activities through financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, and post-acquisition integration
• Design and implement collections processes; monitor accounts receivable aging and resolve billing discrepancies
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize working capital, procure-to-pay processes, and provide strategic financial guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, and accounting software (Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains, ERP systems)
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Demonstrated ability to establish or improve collections processes and manage client billing cycles
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Authorization to work in United States indefinitely without sponsorship
