Senior Systems Engineer

Senior Advanced Verification & Validation Engineer Perform test execution for new product introductions (NPI), maintenance releases of firmware, cloud, and mobile applications across the CLSS, USDD, and Fiplex product lines. Leverage automation to reduce cycle time, identify automatable test cases, and support the automation test team in developing scenarios and executing scripts during unit testing and regression cycles. Provide technical support as a beta support subject‑matter expert. Develop and execute test cases based on requirements, user stories, and epics. Conduct defect triage for NPI/maintenance releases. Review functional and non‑functional requirements. Execute manual functional tests against baselined requirements, including NFRs. Lead quality initiatives, including supply chain, tech support, and design metrics. Review customer documentation and installer guides for feature accuracy. Maintain hardware lab infrastructure including servers, PCs, embedded equipment, and test tools. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in a related occupation. 10 years of experience in the following areas: Linux, Radio (4G, 5G), Wireless (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), SQL, and Networking. Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Certified Scrum Master. Salary $135,762 per year.
