Project Manager

A well-established, family-owned heavy civil general contractor, self-performing civil, electrical, and mechanical trades across the Southeast, is looking for a Project Manager to join their Atlanta team. This is a self-perform contractor, not a construction management shop. What you\'d own: Full project management on WWTP and heavy civil work, from budget development through closeout Direct oversight of field operations, working alongside the onsite construction manager and regional operations leadership Contract and financial management, forecasting, and procurement across labor, equipment, and subcontracts Client and subcontractor relationships from day one of the project What you bring: 7+ years in construction, ideally with WWTP or heavy civil experience specifically A track record managing contracts in the $15M+ range Comfort with self-perform work, meaning you understand means and methods, not just design review A 4-year engineering degree or equivalent field experience Why this role: Decades of stability with a company that still operates like family.
