Set Up Specialist

ICON seeks a Set Up Specialist to coordinate clinical trial initiation across multiple sites. The role involves managing regulatory documentation, site selection, and study materials while ensuring compliance with GCP guidelines and supporting cross-functional teams throughout trial setup.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trial setup including site selection and regulatory document preparation
• Distribute study materials and align cross-functional teams on protocols and timelines
• Ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory guidelines during study setup phase
• Provide ongoing support to study teams and sites, resolving setup-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of study setup activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical research, or healthcare management
• Experience in clinical trial setup, regulatory submissions, or site management
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams
• Legal right to work in the country where role is based

Compensation: $75,480–$94,350 base
