Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgical

Role The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, using evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Coordinate care through effective communication and partnership with patients and families, ensure adherence to clinical standards, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment. Collaborate with team members, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and support professional development by mentoring others. Advocate for evidence-based practice, contribute to protocol development, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Requires an active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and a minimum of 5 years of RN experience. Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, utilize technology effectively, and demonstrate interpersonal and customer service skills. Key Duties Deliver individualized patient care, foster teamwork, support research and quality improvement, and promote resource efficiency.
