We are seeking a  Community Coaching and/ or Community Engagement Coordinator to lead our Program. This leadership position is responsible for supervising a team of direct support professionals while ensuring high-quality services for individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD), and dual diagnoses.

* 3 years of working with ADULTS with ID/DD. (Required)

What You'll Do:

• Supervise, support, and mentor a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and paraprofessionals.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new staff.
• Conduct employee coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with Waiver standards and agency policies.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to achieve program goals and maintain quality services.
• Assist with staff scheduling, coverage, and daily program operations.
• Foster a positive, person-centered environment that promotes meaningful community participation and quality of life.
• Support staff development through ongoing training and leadership.
