Quick Facts Location: 130 West Ravine Road, Kingsport, TN 37660 Start Date: 08/01/2026 End Date: 07/29/2028 Shift: 24-Hour Day Shift (07:00 AM – 07:00 AM), including call coverage Hours/Week: Approximately 80 hours/week Employment Type: Contract Licensure/Certifications: TN License or IMLC, ACLS, BLS, TN DEA Experience: Extensive experience in General GI and ERCP procedures; Board Certified GI required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $4,290 per 24-hour shift Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide inpatient and outpatient GI consultation and procedures for adult patients Perform advanced procedures including ERCP with high proficiency Support endoscopy suites and collaborate with supporting staff Assist with patient rounding and procedure scheduling as needed Maintain documentation within EPIC EMR system Support flexible scheduling around EUS and other special procedures Respond to 24-hour call coverage, including phone consults and rare after-hours onsite duties What You Need Board Certification in Gastroenterology Tennessee licensure or valid IMLC acceptance before start Experience in all General GI and ERCP procedures Certification in ACLS and BLS Key skills: flexibility, excellent communication, procedural expertise Preferred: Certified in ERCP and CSR About the Assignment Join a multidisciplinary team at a leading facility in Kingsport, Tennessee, renowned for its high patient volume and state-of-the-art Olympus equipment. The endoscopy service handles approximately 5-6 procedures daily, supporting both routine and complex GI issues in adult patients.
