Senior Manager, Talent Management & Learning and Development

Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Talent Management & Learning and Development is a strategic leader who partners closely with the Vice President, Talent Management to shape and execute the organization's talent management and learning and development priorities across the US and globally. Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Management, the Senior Manager, Talent Management & Learning and Development serves as a thought partner and leads the design, implementation, and delivery of key programs across these areas. This is a strategic and delivery-focused role. Working closely with the Vice President, Talent Management, the Senior Manager, Talent Management & Learning and Development translates enterprise talent priorities into effective strategies, programs, and practices across learning and development, talent management, and recruiting. The Senior Manager, Talent Management & Learning and Development brings perspective and recommendations, leads program design and execution, and ensures these areas operate as an integrated talent system. The role is created with succession in mind. It is positioned for a strong talent and learning leader who can grow into broader talent and HR leadership over time.
