BCBA Supervisor

Seeking a BCBA Supervisor to join our growing ABA team! This role involves designing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and supporting families in home and community settings.

The BCBA Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans. This role provides clinical supervision to behavior technicians, supports family training, and ensures high-quality, ethical service delivery in home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and update behavior intervention strategies as needed
• Provide field supervision (10-20% of direct service hours)
• Train, mentor, and evaluate behavior technicians
• Review session notes and client data for quality and progress monitoring
• Provide parent training and lead team meetings
• Collaborate with clinical team members and ensure treatment consistency
• Maintain compliance with BACB guidelines, funding requirements, and company policies
• Meet billable hours and performance expectations

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• State licensure (if required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior BCBA experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Requirements

• Ability to work in home and community settings
• Physical ability to support active therapy sessions (up to 35 lbs lifting)
• Must maintain HIPAA-compliant transportation and a personal device for documentation
