We’re looking for a dynamic Territory Manager to join our Trade team and help expand our presence across key markets such as Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa Bay Area. About the Role As a Territory Manager, you will take ownership of a defined region - driving customer engagement, strengthening trade relationships, and ensuring execution excellence across distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners. You’ll play a key role in influencing sales performance through brand advocacy, strategic planning, and hands‑on field support. What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, distributors, and retailers Expand market coverage by identifying new opportunities and closing channel gaps Execute trade programs, promotions, and product placements across your territory Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance and identify growth opportunities Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional performance Represent the brand through training sessions, activations, and partner engagement Collaborate cross‑functionally with Trade, Marketing, and Logistics teams Track performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement Who You Are Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, territory management or channel support in Consumer‑Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. A strong communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills Strategic and data‑driven, with the ability to translate insights into action Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field Tech‑savvy with CRM or trade execution tools Open to travel (30–40%) within your assigned territory Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred Multilingual skills (Arabic, Urdu/Hindi, Spanish) are a plus Car and phone allowances will be provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr AIR (Advanced Inhalation Rituals)
