This position reports to the Director of Customer Relations.PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:1. Demonstrates awareness of, and application of, all policies and procedures.2. Demonstrates service excellence in all activities and interactions.5. Communicates in a consistently professional manner to all individuals.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1. High School diploma or GED.2. Familiarity with culture involved.3. Bi-lingual in specified language(s) with related medical education/training, medical terminology or experience in the medical center, hospital or clinic.4. Flexibility in work hours and availability for unplanned hours as interpreting needs arise.5.
