Fournir des compétences de résolution de problèmes dans un environnement de travail visant l'amélioration continue. Identifier les opportunités de croissance et les besoins de formation continue du personnel pour assurer un environnement de travail positif. Persuader et soutenir le suivi des politiques de l'entreprise et des objectifs commerciaux dans la gestion quotidienne des opérations de l'entreprise. Maintenir et respecter toutes les normes de qualité client ainsi que les normes de Decostar. Responsabilités spécifiques (Sécurité et santé) Diriger, orienter et suivre les objectifs de santé et sécurité de l'entreprise pour assurer un lieu de travail sûr et sain pour tous les employés de Decostar. Démontrer la conscience de la sécurité des autres dans l'environnement de travail. Intégrer la sécurité dans tous les éléments de l'organisation. Faire tout l'effort pour éliminer les conditions et pratiques dangereuses. Inspecter les conditions de travail pour assurer leur conformité aux normes applicables. Démontrer l'engagement envers la réduction de l'impact de l'exploitation sur l'environnement. Gérer les activités de santé et sécurité grâce à un leadership renforcé, une communication, une motivation et une direction de l'équipe de sécurité. Guider le développement et la mise en œuvre des politiques et programmes de santé et sécurité. Enquêter et tenir des dossiers pour toutes blessures et/ou maladies liées au travail, fournir une analyse statistique, et aider la direction à développer des mesures de sécurité efficaces. Surveiller le programme d’indemnisation des travailleurs et mettre en œuvre un plan efficace pour minimiser et réduire les taux de blessures et les coûts associés. Garantir la conformité législative avec OSHA, ADA, les codes du feu, et servir de liaison avec les représentants OSHA locaux. Siège au comité de santé et sécurité et coordonner les activités, les recommandations et la responsabilité des questions identifiées. Mener des inspections régulières de sécurité en milieu de travail et établir des standards mesurables pour des recommandations d’amélioration continue. Coordonner les procédures d’évacuation d’urgence, la formation et les exercices pratiques. Effectuer d’autres tâches selon besoin. Comprendre et respecter la responsabilité en matière de santé et de sécurité au lieu de travail. Suivre les directives de sécurité et l’utilisation de l’équipement de protection individuelle. Éducation requise Baccalauréat en santé et sécurité au travail, hygiène industrielle ou domaine d’étude apparenté. Master’s degree (préféré). Compétences et expérience Excellentes compétences analytiques / de résolution de problèmes, relationnelles, de construction d’équipe, communication orale et écrite, et organisationnelles. Connaissance pratique de l’ergonomie industrielle. Maîtrise des outils informatiques sur plateforme Windows, notamment Excel. Minimum cinq ans d’expérience réussie dans la conduite de programmes de santé et sécurité, de préférence dans une installation de moulage par injection et de peinture. Orientation forte et positive vers le leadership. Exigences physiques Capacité à travailler debout, à marcher ou à s’asseoir pour des périodes prolongées. Capacité à monter et descendre des escaliers fréquemment. Capacité à soulever jusqu’à 15 lb (6,8 kg) régulièrement et jusqu’à 40 lb (18,1 kg) occasionnellement. Capacité à travailler à proximité d’alcool, solvants, peintures ou poussières de ponçage de plastique. Tâches à atteindre sous les genoux et au-dessus des épaules nécessaires. Bonne vision de près et capacité à distinguer les couleurs avec ou sans correction visuelle. Capacité à entendre les alarmes avec ou sans aides auditives. Exigences de formation Formation continue en matière de sécurité, qualité, amélioration continue, et autres formations spécifiques à la fonction déterminées comme essentielles pour le poste et les opérations de Decostar.
