Job Responsibilities

• Individualized Care Plans: Assess patients' needs and design personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping them reach their functional milestones
• Administer Therapeutic Techniques: Implement proven methodologies to improve patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Collaborative Approach: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver integrated and comprehensive care
• Patient and Family Education: Guide patients and their families in therapy methods to facilitate continued improvement at home
• Track Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients stay on track

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement for ongoing education and specialized certifications

Licensing and Certification

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
