We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst - Entry Level to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida in a fully in office, onsite, contract-to-permanent capacity. This on-site role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with financial records, reviewing transactions, and supporting compliance-related reporting in a structured office environment. The position offers the opportunity to build experience in financial analysis, documentation review, and investigative research while partnering closely with internal teams to maintain accurate records and support regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities: • Review daily financial activity and transaction records to identify discrepancies, incomplete information, and items that may require follow-up or escalation. • Maintain organized and accurate records by entering, updating, and validating documentation across internal databases and supporting files. • Analyze reporting data to determine whether transactions meet internal review thresholds or external filing requirements. • Assist with research into unusual activity by examining account history, transaction patterns, supporting records, and publicly available information sources. • Support the preparation and quality review of reports and documentation submitted to regulatory agencies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Partner with operational departments to gather required information, resolve exceptions, and improve the completeness of financial and compliance records. • Help develop training materials and provide administrative support for employee education related to reporting procedures and compliance expectations. • Contribute to audits, periodic reviews, and special projects assigned by leadership while handling sensitive information with discretion. • Ability to work on-site, in our Jacksonville, Florida Offices • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, compliance support, data review, or a related analytical function. • Strong capability in financial analysis, data analysis, and financial reporting within a fast-paced business setting. • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, along with proficiency in Word and Outlook. • Experience performing high-volume numeric data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to interpret reporting standards, follow documented procedures, and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document findings clearly and effectively. • Exposure to tools or environments related to financial markets, Bloomberg Terminal, or regulated entertainment, sports, or leisure industries is a plus.
