Position: Prospecting Planner

Location: Mount Vernon, WA (On-site, with local travel to events)

Compensation: Base + Commission/Bonus + Competitive Benefits+ Warm Leads

Work Environment: Full-time, On-Site, with regular evening client events

What You’ll Do

Deliver holistic financial plans (investments, tax, insurance, estate)
Guide prospects through a 4-meeting process
Lead educational events (no hard selling)
Build relationships, referrals, and long-term client trust

What You Bring

3–7 years in financial planning / wealth management
Series 65 or 66 (CFP® preferred)
Strong communication + public speaking skills
Experience with affluent or pre-retiree clients
Entrepreneurial mindset + team-first attitude
