Be part of a team that shares your passion and drive, and start living your purpose at Better Health Group.Responsibilities:The Marketing Coordinator is an administrative role responsible for assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to promote our medical services and enhance our brand visibility. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting our marketing efforts by collaborating with various teams, developing content, and utilizing project coordination to lead our initiatives.Support the Marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs and campaignsTrack all traditional marketing and advertising including direct mail, print, radio, and outdoorConduct market research and identify trends, publication media kits, and other advertising channelsMonitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and resultsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholdersDevelop wide domain knowledge of our business and audienceSupport planning and execution of marketing events for new clinicsWork closely with external vendors (printers, media outlets, etc.) to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of campaign materialsTrack and report on the performance of traditional marketing campaigns, using key metrics to measure success and ROIAssist with budget management for traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring costs stay within allocated limitsAssist with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop compelling and effective creative assetsAdditional duties as assignedPosition Requirements / Skills:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field, preferred1+ year(s) experience in marketing coordination or related experienceBasic understanding of marketing channels and content management systemsCreative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and initiativesUnderstanding of marketing tactics across multiple channels and mediumsProficient with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) for real-time collaborationDemonstrated ability to handle data with confidentialityAbility to work cross-functionally with multiple teams; ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable communicating with senior-level leadership, providers, and health plansStrong interpersonal and presentation skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsMust be results-oriented with a focus on quality execution and deliveryAppreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity toward target patient populationsPhysical Requirements:Requires standing, walking, pushing, bending, kneeling, and reachingAbility to sit for extended periods of timeRequires corrected vision and hearing to normal rangeKey Attributes/ Skills:Has a contagious and positive work ethic, inspires others, and models the behaviors of core values and guiding principlesAn effective team player who contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitmentsIs able to work within our Better Health environment by facing tasks and challenges with energy and passionPursues activities with focus and drive, defines work in terms of success, and can be counted on to complete goalsOrganization:Better Health Group
