Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized and accredited medical school.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) a valid Texas medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
