Perform maturity assessments on data management capabilities and advise clients on tools and roadmaps for implementation, enhancing enterprise data management capabilities across the organization. Help clients achieve flexible management approaches based on real‑time performance data insights. Drive continuous improvement and innovation, applying research, analysis, and best practices to advance processes and solutions. Manage the design and implementation of data governance frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to build analytics solutions that deliver tangible business value. Manage and motivate cross‑functional teams, consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress, and cultivate business development opportunities. Employment: Full time, Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Management Science, Mathematics, Data, Business, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate related work experience; alternatively, Master’s degree and 4 years of related work experience. At least 4 years of experience in Data Fabric, Data Governance, and Enterprise IT Architecture. At least 4 years of experience in Python programming specializing in data handling, managing, and ETL jobs. At least 4 years of experience in Python (Dash, Pandas, NumPy), SQL, and R. At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in querying data in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar). At least 3 years of experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases. At least 3 years of experience in visualization tools (Power BI, Spotfire, Power Apps). At least 3 years of experience in libraries and frameworks (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn, StatsModels, Tidyverse, or caret). Domestic travel up to 80% to serve client needs.
