The firm is distinguished by its deeply personalized, evidence-based approach to performance optimization and mental conditioning. As the practice continues to scale, expanding into new locations and growing its client base, it is seeking senior practitioners to support its next phase of development.The RoleSeeking HRV biofeedback expert and PhD or PsyD who could work in office (Manhattan) starting 8/1/2026 for 20 client hours per week.Experience10+ years of experience required.Strong grounding in both clinical practice and applied performance psychology.Experience in team, organizational, or other high-performance environments is preferred.Candidate Profile - CredentialsPh.D. or Psy.D.An expert-level HRV biofeedback practitioner is required.Must be BCB certified and, ideally, BCN certified as well.(Please note that New York state licensure is not necessary at this time, as the individual will be able to work under the supervisory psychologist’s license.)OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity to join a growing, high-performance practice working at the forefront of sport and performance psychology.
