Our organization operates Baptist Neighborhood Hospitals in San Antonio, which are not traditional Emergency Departments but rather "micro-hospitals" that provide inpatient services alongside round-the-clock Emergency Medical Care. Each facility is characterized by efficient admission processes, a team of highly skilled clinicians, medical specialists at every care level, and access to state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.

ED Volume: 16,000

• Electronic Medical Records: Picis
• Staffing Model:
  • 12-hour shifts with 24-hour Physician coverage daily
• Number of ED Beds: 10
• Admission Rate: 5%
• Qualifications: Board Certified/Board Prepared in Emergency Medicine, or Board Certified/Board Prepared in a primary specialty (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) with recent experience and current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, along with Emergency Medicine experience

• W-2 and 1099 options
• Equity Ownership:
  • $100,000 equity ownership for all full-time Physicians after three years of service
