Sales Representative - Montana, Wyoming, Northern Colorado - Enabling Technologies

Field-based sales representative position with Stryker promoting advanced surgical navigation, imaging, and planning technologies to hospitals and healthcare providers across Montana, Wyoming, and Northern Colorado. Role combines medical device sales, customer relationship management, clinical education, and procedural support.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned revenue and quota targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities in territory
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, operating room staff, and key decision-makers
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions in operating room and clinical environments
• Provide clinical and technical support during surgical procedures, including setup and troubleshooting
• Analyze territory performance and market trends to develop and execute growth strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years quota-carrying outside sales in medical device or healthcare
• Or 5+ years professional outside sales or territory-based selling with documented performance success
• Operating room, hospital, or surgical environment experience preferred
• Surgical navigation, imaging, robotics, spine, or orthopedic product sales experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned territory; occasional overnight travel required
