Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time Maintain and reconcile general ledger entries and financial records Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Manage vendor invoices, payments, and billing inquiries Support property management team with rent collections and tenant account tracking Perform data entry and maintain organized financial documentation Assist with bank reconciliations and audit preparation Requirements Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role preferred Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar) and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry Knowledge of basic accounting principles (AP/AR, reconciliations, general ledger) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus About Us Target Property Management Corp is a trusted name in property management serving the Marlton, NJ area and beyond.
