WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU

• $60,000 - $80,000

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Assist Project Manager.
• Coordinate administrative activities for commercial projects, ensuring project information, timelines, and communication remain organized throughout the process.
• Set up projects and process purchase orders, change orders, and product returns using internal systems and project management software.
• Work closely with designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients to coordinate project details and installation schedules.
• Monitor product orders, shipment schedules, and warehouse deliveries while addressing potential delays or inventory issues.
• Maintain project documentation, including equipment manuals, warranty information, completion records, and contractor punch lists.
• Support project closeout activities by organizing final documentation and coordinating equipment startup inspections when required.

Job Requirements

BACKGROUND PROFILE

• 2+ Years of B2B customer service and distribution experience.
• Microsoft Office Experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail Oriented and Organization Skills.
