Heavy Equipment Operator

We're hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a large-scale lake home development project. If you have experience running a dozer, excavator, or tractor and want steady work with plenty of overtime, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

Operate dozers, excavators, and tractors safely and efficiently
Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation work
Cut grade, build pads, and move dirt
Follow grade stakes and site plans
Complete daily equipment inspections
Work with the crew to keep production moving

What You Need

2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
Experience with dozers, excavators, or tractors
Grading and excavation experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay & Benefits

$28-$35/hr DOE

This is a contract to hire position based out of Waterloo, NE.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.
