Job Description

A New York legal data company is building the US litigation data layer that leading AI products and 200+ law firms already run on. The team is around ten people and growing fast, and they need a litigator inside the business to bridge legal expertise and product.

What you’ll do

\n

\n
• Run demos, pilots and onboarding with law firms, in-house teams and AI companies
\n
• Own client relationships and GTM, from sales calls with major firms to conference demos and LinkedIn content
\n
• Work with engineers to build and annotate evals for AI pipelines, such as overruling detection and citation accuracy
\n
• Write the customer-facing material: emails, explainers, launch content, product copy
\n
• Shape how the company tells its story to the legal market and drive word of mouth
\n

What we’re looking for

\n

\n
• 4-5+ years of active litigation experience at a top BigLaw firm or elite litigation boutique (non-negotiable)
\n
• A hands-on litigator: court appearances, client advice, running and supervising research projects
\n
• A strong professional network of lawyers to support client outreach
\n
• Comfort with outward-facing work: sales calls, demos, conferences, events
\n
• Based in New York or willing to relocate, in office five days a week
\n

• $200,000 to $250,000 base plus up to 0.4% equity
\n
