Technical Business Analyst - Remote

Contract Duration: 3+ months

Join our Enterprise Technology Services group to work on the ServiceNow application, the IT Service Management tool for Change, Incident, Problem, Release, Configuration (CMDB), and Request Management.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Lead client meetings and serve as the client relationship specialist
• Serve as liaison for the development team
• Conduct R&D for ServiceNow features and capabilities within the toolset

Required Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow development and knowledge of code best practices
• Functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and architecture
• Effective liaison leading technical development teams
• Knowledge of SDLC practices
• Strong facilitation skills to lead discussions across multiple groups
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presenting to management
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Change Management and Configuration Management (VersionOne, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Problem/Risk Management
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Education:

• 4-year BS/BA degree
