Senior Program Release Manager

Role Description
This role requires an experienced manager to oversee complex software release processes across numerous teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for detailed planning, risk mitigation, and effective communication to ensure successful enterprise-level deployments. This is a remote position supporting Pacific Time Zone working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate end-to-end release activities across multiple teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve release-related risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to established release governance and deployment processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in release management practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale software releases.
- Strong ability to coordinate across multiple geographically dispersed teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
