Sourcing Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Sourcing Manager – Body Components to join our Procurement Organization and play a key role in driving sourcing strategy for new programs. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner cross-functionally with engineering, program management, quality, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain teams to deliver cost-effective, high-quality sourcing solutions. You will lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFIs/RFPs, supplier negotiations, and commercial agreements, while ensuring the best total cost of ownership.

This role also focuses on strengthening the supply base, supporting dual sourcing strategies, and identifying continuous cost reduction opportunities through value analysis and engineering initiatives. Working closely with global partners across the Traton Group, you will help align sourcing strategies and deliver improved performance in cost, quality, and delivery.

The qualified candidate will have at least a bachelor's degree and 2 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience.

The ideal candidate brings a background in supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing, along with strong analytical skills, negotiation experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle procurement is a plus.
