Assistant Manager(08000) - 7220 W. Sunset Boulevard Assistant Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations during their shift. Duties include cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, maintaining a perfect image, adhering to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance punctuality, managing transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing activities, and profitability. Responsibilities Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. Follow all company policies and procedures 100% and set example for crew. Staff the store, complete necessary paperwork, and maintain accurate records. Oversee food management, scheduling, and ensure the store meets standards. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive profitability. Qualifications & Skills Strong judgment, math skills, ability to multitask and make correct monetary change. Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills. Proficiency with computer keyboard or touch screens for order entry. Capability to navigate addresses within the delivery area, including adverse terrain. Motor coordination and accuracy in quick, precise movements. Ability to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate multi-story buildings and private homes.
