Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessments and safety planning, as necessary to ensure the well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, while adhering to best practices in client confidentiality.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance clients' understanding of their conditions and promote coping strategies.

• Actively participate in case conferences and contribute to the development of treatment strategies during professional team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly involve supporting individuals dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will assist clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and the transitional challenges often associated with detoxification and recovery. Your role will center on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, empowering them on their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
