Temporary Contract Recruiter

Our client is looking for an experienced contract recruiter to join their team. In this role, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle while working closely with hiring managers and their People team to bring top talent on board.

NOTE: This is a 3-month contract role.

What You'll Do:

• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring goals
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously, balancing shifting priorities with a sense of urgency
• Lead end-to-end recruiting processes — from sourcing and outreach through offer and close
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful, timely, and consistent communication
• Keep pipeline activity and candidate data organized and up to date in the ATS

Qualifications/Experience:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency and/or in-house
• Proven success hiring for both Technical and G&A roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers in high-growth or startup settings
• Adaptable and comfortable navigating evolving processes and needs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Recent hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS (Recruiting and/or Coordinating) and Microsoft Office required
