Responsibilities Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans; lead or delegate to deliver completed projects that support business goals. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement company‑wide Operational Excellence initiatives to improve quality, safety, delivery, and cost. Design new and improved processes that align with enterprise direction and positively impact clinical engineering service delivery. Manage project resources, constraints, and objectives in a repeatable manner to produce high‑quality deliverables within deadline and budget. Travel to sites and/or work with other Central Office associates for data collection and analysis related to special assignments. Maintain biomedical expertise through ongoing training and education; perform periodic inspections of current inventory status. Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, promoting efficiency through operational excellence concepts. Monitor service delivery metrics such as turnaround time, backlog, and device location accuracy; seek opportunities for improvement. Liaise with team, management, and customers to ensure project deliverables meet customer needs while fostering respect, trust, and openness. Effectively interface with all levels of coworkers and customers to build consensus and adopt initiatives. Communicate relevant project information—including progress reports, proposals, and presentations—to all levels, including executive leadership. Translate client needs into solutions and present complex information in a customer‑friendly format. Develop and maintain strong relationships with coworkers, customers, and vendors. Resolve issues with external customers and end users (clinicians, technologists, nurses, technicians, etc.) in a professional and courteous manner. Adhere to the Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP) and all applicable regulatory and company policies. Audit the accuracy and integrity of the equipment database, including inventory, preventive maintenance schedules, nomenclature, and service history. Ensure all service documentation is complete, timely, and accurate. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (minimum 4 years). PMP or CAPM preferred but not required. Strong problem‑solving, project management, and communication skills. Experience with various project delivery methodologies and ability to select appropriate models. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strategic and analytical thinking with ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities. Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams across the organization (Sales, Operations, Finance, Accounting, etc.) and customers. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and acute attention to detail and quality control. Experience with IT systems and processes. Ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and demonstrate creative problem‑solving skills.
