Strategic Account Executive

About the Role Netchex is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive new business within the Pest Control industry. You'll own a regional territory of prospective accounts with 100+ employees , focusing on net-new logo acquisition. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on building pipeline, running a consultative sales process, and closing deals with multi-stakeholders. What You Will Do Prospect and build a pipeline of net-new logos within the Pest Control vertical, nationwide Run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from first conversation through close Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees typical of 100+ employee organizations Position Netchex's HCM/payroll platform against the specific pain points of pest control operators - technician scheduling, route pay, seasonal workforce swings Partner with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting as the vertical playbook matures Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM What You'll Need 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HCM, payroll, or a related field A track record of net-new logo acquisition and hitting/exceeding quota Comfort running deals with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles Strong discovery and consultative selling skills How We Show Up at Netchex (Our Values) Win Together : We operate as one team with one mission. Because the right mindset fuels performance. The total compensation (On-Target-Earnings) range for this position is $120,000 - 180,000 with a variable pay (aka commission). Actual OTE offered will depend on factors such as experience and skillset. This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
