Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Commitment to ongoing education with opportunities for continuing education or post-graduate certifications.

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
