Call Center Customer Service Representative (Phoenix)

Job Description: Customer Service / Call Center Representative Pay: $22.50 / hourly as W2 Holidays and vacation days taken are unpaid This is a defined project for up to 4 months. Location: Remote | Must live within 60 miles or 60 minutes of zip code 85004 (Phoenix, AZ) The total hours in a given week will be 40. Your hours working will fall between 9am - 9pm ET, also there may be some weekend work required from time to time. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer service calls, resolve inquiries, authorize sales, and manage customer accounts. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of customer service or military equivalent experience (within the last 7 years). Intermediate computer skills (typing while talking, navigating multiple systems, using MS Office and search tools). Candidates must be available to work between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and flexible to work 1 day on the weekend Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet. Preferred Qualifications 1 + years of experience in banking/finance, call centers, or remote environments. Strong communication, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be on the front line, making a direct impact to our cardholders’ experience.
