Manager of Esa Technology Solution Management

This role will lead the execution and delivery of complex, cross-domain technology initiatives within the Enterprise Strategy & Architecture division. It combines technical solution and project management with strategic oversight, working closely with architecture functions across Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Platform, Data & Ai, Application, and Network Architecture, as well as IT teams including Capital Projects, Operational Technology, Infrastructure & Operations, Product, Cyber Security, and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities include planning and executing projects according to deadlines and within budget, developing solutions to meet project requirements, providing a central point of contact for ESA project execution, providing leadership, mentorship, and direction to team members, contributing to the development of the technology strategy, managing and allocating resources efficiently, acting as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, contributing to the development of the budget for technology initiatives, overseeing the quality control of all technology deliverables, mitigating potential risks, continuously developing and maintaining personal knowledge of relevant industry models, methods, and tools, attracting and developing a high-performing and diverse workforce, and fostering a positive culture throughout organizational change.
