Administrative specialist II – This individual will provide administrative support to the Gibson Operation and Maintenance organizations.
Some specific job responsibilities include:
- Coal inventory tracking
- Contractor time invoices and labor accruals
- Rental equipment invoices
- Printing/distributing PM work orders
- Action item tracking and recording meeting minutes
